About

My name is Annabel and I want to take a minute to be completely honest and real.

I’ve always felt that I had something to do, a gift to give. No doubt there have been days where I felt down but that never overshadowed how much I deeply care about other people and their well-being.

Growing up I was quiet and shy — never sharing too much of myself with anyone. I always found myself in non traditional environments. My favorite example is when I pitched on an all boys baseball team for 5 years… and building my own tiny house at 16 was pretty cool too… (click here to learn more about the build)

My parents have been extremely supportive of me and what I want to do with my life. Having 3 older siblings has helped me see what I want and what I didn’t want. Witnessing their journeys had a huge impact on my decision to ultimately not go to college.

I’m a firm believer that our thoughts create our reality. We hold the power to our success or failure. The best investment we can make is in ourselves — taking time to reflect and reconnect with our gifts and desires. We must hold ourselves accountable, knowing that there are people out there looking for the exact gifts only we have the ability to provide.

My mission is to impact more than one million lives, inspiring people to tune into the unique gifts that only they have and learning authentic ways to share those gifts with the world. How will I do this?

I do this through forest and star bathing events, my podcast, soul level astrology, online courses, videos, mentoring and books.

I’m grateful and humbled by my life thus far. The opportunities, experiences and change I’ve been able to experience has been magical. I’m privileged — coming from a supportive home with many opportunities to explore what I loved. To those who have had a piece of shaping where I am, thank you. This life I get to live is worthwhile and it has everything to do with the supportive people that have surrounded me throughout my life.

Much love,

Annabel
