Why Star Bathing & Does light negatively effect us?
Star bathing and my vision with it is something that is moving and becoming my main priority. While I have my documentary and book to write, it feels like one of my main missions here on earth has to do with helping people connect with darkness, to the stars, to each other and to themselves.
As some of you know I have a Patreon where I have shared 35 exclusive posts, 14 videos, 11 podcasts and 10 blogs. What I am about to share with you here is a blog post I shared earlier this week. I hope you enjoy it and I look forward to building on this star bathing idea with you.

When I first heard the claim that Dr. Jack Kruse made about the social media companies controlling our behavior through light, I thought it must be wrong. But the more I read, research and feel into my own life and beliefs it makes sense.
It's not just behavior that can be influenced through light, artificial light that is, but your health is at risk too. Since the 1879, when the first light bulb was invented there has been an increase of diseases that were never a problem prior to the invention. In life we are always looking for reasons and the why's to what is happening. I believe that artificial light is not only a detriment to our health but also is being used through social media and all tech devices to control our behavior.
Part of my long term vision is to partner with organizations like, Dark Sky, who is working to keep places in the world from being polluted by light, to create something called star bathing. My goal is that it will have a similar movement to the forest bathing movement but instead star bathing will be backed by the science of darkness and light, as well as the importance of nature connection. I plan to hold walks in the dark with people reconnecting them to the world around them, to each other and to themselves.
Health has many layers but the light you choose to let into your life might be one of the most important factors to health.

The 5G EMF Apocalypse And Why Health Food Won't Save You With Dr. Jack Kruse #191
Description of the Episode
Nature doesn't make mistakes – but people sure do. So today, we welcome back a listener favorite, Dr. Jack Kruse, to discuss what is quite possibly one of the biggest mistakes that humans have made in a long time: the wide-scale implementation of 5G. Dr. Kruse’s work all comes back to the idea that light, water, and magnetism are the forces of nature that make things work – and when we screw around with those things, it can seriously affect our health and the world around us.
Topics Discussed In This Episode:
Jack’s exciting new venture that’s 10 years in the making: the Kruse Longevity Center
Why over supplementation comes from being undereducated about light
How the Kruse Longevity Center was constructed to be an oasis from EMF
The only device that can detect 5G is over $100,000 – but that’s far from our only warning sign of dangerous EMFs
The National Toxicology Program’s study that proves EMF radiation is linked to cancer
The difference between the rollout of 5G on the West Coast vs the East Coast & Elon Musk’s role in the government’s rollout of 5G
The non-linear effect of 5G (and why it matters)
How the proof that we are on the cusp of a health epidemic caused by EMFs can be found in CMS and hospital data
The real purpose of social media How light is being used to control your behavior, without you realizing it B12: the most important photoreceptor in our bodies
Why you need to pay attention to what’s happening to people in space
Why Jack believes you shouldn’t let children use phones or other technology until they’re 25
How technology stole the habitat from vegans and vegetarians
Why Jack is actually optimistic about the future, not afraid – although there will likely have to be a public health disaster before things start to change for the better
The lifestyle choices you can make to improve your health and protect against dangerous light and radio frequencies
Lastly, the quotes about darkness above are from a book, Waking Up to The Dark by Clark Strand. While this book talks more about the emotional and spiritual benefits of darkness and our need as human beings to be in darkness, I feel it's relevant to this topic. Why? Well beyond all the great pieces of insight, one of the main realizations that I came to by the end of the book was that perhaps the epidemics of depression and suicide are linked to our world being so illuminated. Most of us don't live in darkness and don't experience natures natural rhythms of light and dark. The main cycle we used to experience of day and night, we no longer experience because we can flip a switch and light up our life. Without the rhythm of feeling that the world we living in has a cycle of "ups and downs," "light and dark," maybe we as human beings have forgotten that having challenge, difficulties and times of depression are natural. It's part of life, of being here in this physical reality.
