This is where I was before I did a digital detox. I read two books, Essentialism by Greg McKneown and Digital Minimalism by Cal Newport, and they sparked me to take a step back and look at my life. How was technology and social media negatively impacting my life?
A question that I thought about all throughout my detox and since then I’ve continued to think about this question because I believe a big part of our creativity, passion and productivity is killed when we spend too much time online searching and surfing.
